To reiterate, you must be 18 years or older to purchase wine from sanctuaryhill.com.au. When you place an order you are confirming that you are aged 18 years or older. You also agree that you are not placing an order for a person under the age of 18. The recipient of the order must be aged 18 years or older.
Your order is an offer to buy goods from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until payment has been received for any goods ordered. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason and cancel your order. Upon receiving payment for an order a contract between you and us is made. Order processing may take up to fourteen days before the order is shipped. If you believe that the items are not as described a refund may be requested for the cost of the order less shipping cost within seven days of delivery. The cost of the return shipping will not be part of the refund. If you open more than one bottle of wine from your order the refund may be denied.
